Is this softgel easy to swallow? Will it be gentle on my stomach?

Our formula is designed as 1 softgel per day. Each softgel is olive-shaped and about 12mm (0.5 inches), making it easy for most people to swallow. Some of the mineral ingredients, even though we are now using the most gentle form of minerals, may cause mild stomach irritation if taken on an empty stomach, so we recommend taking it with a meal.

Can this help with everyday screen fatigue, or is it mainly for age-related eye concerns?

This formula is based on the AREDS2 clinical study, which focused on supporting eye health in adults with age-related macular changes. So it may be most beneficial for older adults or those at risk of macular issues.
